What is the admissions process at Close to Home?
The admissions process begins when we receive a filled admissions application for a potential resident. Our nursing administrators will then contact you by phone to discuss care needs and schedule an in-person evaluation. Once the evaluation is complete and we know our communities are the right fit for you, our nursing administrators will coordinate with you on an admission date and room.
What is the cost for care at Close to Home?
Admissions to Close to Home are charged at an all-inclusive base rate per month*. This includes the admissions process, private or semi-private resident apartment, individualized care and all of our amenities. *Some specialized care may require additional accrued costs.
